We've used this product and totally enjoy the back pain relief as we've mostly used it for the lower back. We're looking forward to it's long term benefits as well. The package came nicely packed including the power cord, belt with phone holder, and a waist measurement tape. The belt and equipment seems to be very durable and suitable for use. It easily straps tightly into place with velcro. Shipping took less than one week and without issues. If you're experiencing lower back pain relief, this device is highly recommended.

Doesn’t get hot like a heating pad but is way more effective than one! I use for belly cramps and since trying will not be trying anything else! I also love that it is a wrap and I can move around with it!
